Hays are currently working with a top independent cost and property consultancy to help them recruit a quantity surveyor into their Glasgow office. Our client are well known in the market for their high quality work and variety of sectors that they work in. If you are currently working towards your APC and getting frustrated with the lack of support, this would be a great move for you. This consultancy have a structured APC training program and a 99% pass rate.

Your new role
You will be working on some of the UK's biggest projects in a variety of sectors including commercial, education, health, renewables, residential and hotel & leisure. You will have the opportunity to work along side very experienced surveyors who will mentor you and train you to lead your own projects.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous PQS experience is essential
- Client facing
- Working towards your APC
- Experience with cost planning, preparing tenders, billing
-A good mixed project sector range (health, education, retail, office and residential would be ideal)
