Your new role
You will be entering the business as the leader of a building surveying team, managing two chartered surveyors, an experienced graduate and a senior building surveyor.

You will report directly into the managing director of the consultancy, and will work with them to attract new business to the practice through building relationships with existing clients and pitching for new projects.

Your core workload will consist of the following:

Regular residential building surveys, followed by accurate and succinct reports.
Specific inspections and building defects diagnosis.

You will be a team player and will need strong soft skills to enable you to develop, encourage and assist junior members of the team.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive an exceptional base salary in the region of £65K as well as a handsome car allowance.

The business offers 20 days of annual leave (exclusive of bank holidays)
