Senior Quantity Surveyor £40K-£45K Leeds

Your new company
This is a leading property consultancy who specialise in both private and public sector projects. They have a strong customer focus and carry out JCT and NEC contracts. Due to recent business wins they are looking to expand their QS team in Leeds.

Your new role
You will be providing QS and Employers Agent duties from project inception to completion, and post-contract services. You will prepare: cost plans, estimates, tender documents and reports to timescales as required by clients. You will also mentor and support other members of the team. This role also focuses on client services and project delivery and you will be in regular contact with them to ensure they remain up to date.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed a Quantity Surveying degree and have MRICS status. You will have experience with private and public sector clients, particularly NEC and JCT contracts. You will have great communication skills and the ability to support a team to reach their potential. You will have experience using BIM, CAD and cost planning software.
