Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)

A large multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Manchester looking for Senior Electrical Design Engineer.

Your new company
This is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 500 employees across the UK. They are a well known name within the Building Services industry with a lot of people wanting to work for them. They work on a range of interesting and challenging projects, a lot of which come from the public sector including, schools, blue light and healthcare. Their pipeline of work is therefore secure and allows to plan few years in advance.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering designs. On day to day basis you will be involved in feasibility studies, report writing, and management of project delivery. You will be working in a team environment, alongside structural engineers, architect and fellow building services engineers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in electrical engineering or equivalent with previous experience working in a building services environment. You will be able to work using AutoCAD and relevant electrical design software. To be successful in this role you will show initiative to progress your career and coach junior engineers.
