Estates Surveyor (Part Time) - Taunton

Part-Time role available for a property management surveyor to join a public sector estate in Taunton

Your new company
As a property professional you will join a landlord based in the Somerset region who are responsible for the day to day management of a large commercial property portfolio.

Your new role
You will undertake a broad and varied range of estates management duties in your new position, these range from assisting with rent reviews and negotiation of lease renewals through to managing easement disputes and liaising directly with landlords and tenants.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you must have some prior experience in managing property from the client-side in a role which has involved wider property management responsibility.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an initial contract position of up to six months in duration with a likely extension. You'll receive a daily rate of between £200 - £300 per day dependent on your level of experience, membership and qualifications.
