Architectural Technician needed for Streatham (SW16) based architecture practice. Paying up to £28 p/h


Your new company
A small but established south London studio is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician on an immediate contract basis to join the team. They have a strong pipeline of work with immediate requirements on a large retail unit and numerous residential schemes.

Your new role
You will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, with skills covering technical detailing, good presentation skills, confidently conversant with UK buildings regs, and experience in conducting site surveys & meetings. The practice operates on AutoCAD. Revit although not essential for the role would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
The practice is busy and is looking to grow further in the next year. Initially you'll be joining for a 6 month contract, however the role has the potential to become longer term. They are situated in a suburb of south London easily accessible from the Victoria line tube, or overground services from Victoria or London Bridge. Parking is also available.
