Building Surveyor - International Consultancy - Home based with EU travel opportunities £50-£60k


My client is a Consultancy with an international presence, with offices in UK, Germany, Holland, Spain & the USA they provide real estate due diligence advice and property management services for sites located across the UK and Europe as well as brownfield development services in the UK.

They have an opportunity for a Senior Level Chartered Building Surveyor to take a lead role in our Technical Due Diligence & Building Surveying team. My client is looking for candidates who are based at home and have good transportation links to London and a well-served airport for EU travel. It is an exciting role for someone who enjoys the opportunity to travel throughout the UK and the opportunity to work in EU.

There may also be some North American travel opportunities. We are looking for a confident, experienced and motivated individual to develop and manage our Technical Service and assist our clients with transactional and debt-based instructions. Technical Service offering currently includes:

• Land / property condition assessments.
• Assessment of cost and risk aspects (over short, medium and long-term basis) associated with real estate acquisitions or the provision of debt securitised against real estate.
• Assessment of suitability of building services for their intended use and development of cost-models for maintenance and replacements.
• Construction monitoring.

My client is looking for a MRICS / FRICS Qualified Building Surveyor / Project Manager
