My client is a well-established, accredited mechanical and electrical contractor that has been operating across the south east London for over 40 years. With a fantastic reputation within the building services industry they are constantly expanding and looking to add more talent to their business. They typically take on projects ranging from £650,000 to £11,000,000 and range from residential new build, commercial contracts as well as Leisure.

As part of their growth, they are now looking to add a Mechanical Project manager to join their sizeable team.

Your new role
As one of the Mechanical Project manager you will report to the company Director. You will be responsible for managing Mechanical Building Services projects throughout their life cycle, Ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, you will be asked to manage labour and sub-contractors ensuring that the program is being followed and that project mile stones are achieved, managing contractual and financial aspects of the project, ensuring health and safety on site, report writing, Issuing technical submitting, client liaison, management of team meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have relevant experience to the job, as well as very good knowledge to methods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience from a Contracting background. Formal qualifications are not necessary, although an NC/HNC/HND or similar is a building services related qualification would be considered an advantage.
