Required by UK based project & cost consultant to successfully deliver Project Management and Employer's Agent commissions for capital investment construction projects.

The role will require experience of the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.

As Senior Project Manager you should possess the skills and experience to lead and manage a project team on a technically complex project between typically £5m and £20m while developing collaborative relationships with clients and other teams within the business.

You will hold a construction related degree, be chartered and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering complex projects from inception to completion. Education / Residential sector experience would be a benefit.
