This client is a well established Housing Association based in North Kent. Your new role
You will be working as an Assistant Contract Manger, your roles and responsibilities include: supporting Project Managers, project manage small refurbishments or major repairs on their properties; including the decanting of tenants, manage contractors to make sure performance of the contract exceeds minimum standards, prepare specifications, liaise with contractors to ensure any fire risk assessment works are completed.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have proven project management experience or contractors experience, understanding of how to use JCT and partnering contracts, the ability to communicate and influence contractors, colleagues and other stakeholders, problem solving skills, the ability to negotiate and great team work.

What you'll get in return
What you will get in return for working for this outstanding client is a fixed term contract of 6 months, a salary of £36,400 Pro-rata and the opportunity to work for a welcoming and friendly team.
