• Your new role

As a Resourcer in Nottingham you will manage the candidate aspect of the recruitment process. You will be registering new candidates and nurturing existing relationships, contacting candidates - building professional relationships and market knowledge, advertising current roles, working on temp payroll, using our market leading database to keep in touch with candidates and consistently hitting KPI's and targets.

You'll be a determined and tenacious individual who will push hard for success as a recruiter. You are driven to progress your career quickly, having confidence and the ability to communicate at all levels.You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve the best possible results.
