Job Details
We're currently working with an Essex based Consultancy who are looking to source a property professional with substantial experience in the CPO sector to start immediately (or by September 1st at the latest). The interim post will run for an initial 3-months with the view to extend at a rate of £360 per day. This role is outside IR35.
The successful candidate will work as part of the valuation team dealing with compulsory purchase matters. The client is therefore looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has good knowledge of CPO work.
