Clerk of Works

We are looking for an experienced building professional to undertake a Clerk of Works role within the Investment Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the programmed investment works are completed in accordance with the contract specification and to a high quality standard and that all health and safety arrangements are adhered to.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be experienced in people management, customer focused and have a sound knowledge of building construction. You will need to have a professional attitude toward your daily tasks and be willing to work as part of a team.  Candidates must also have the ability to travel freely throughout the County of Shropshire, and occasionally Herefordshire.

Please note: We are currently aligning our terms and conditions. The proposed salary for this role is £24,869.48 - £26,741.38 Per annum, effective 1st January 2020 subject to consultation.
