Interim Compliance Manager - Social Housing
Your new company
Hays are recruiting for an experienced Interim Compliance Manager for a reputable Housing Association in the West Midlands area.
Your new role
Your new position will be acting as Compliance Manager for the business. You will be expected to have proven experience in the following areas:
- An in depth knowledge of Housing regulations, and associated compliance framework and legislation, both current and developmental.
- A proven track record of dealing with a significant level of complex Property compliance issues and providing high quality professional advice and support to all levels of line management.
- Experience of developing and implementing compliance monitoring and reporting systems within a complex organisation.
- Experience of developing and implementing strategic compliance solutions and plans.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully operating in a residential and or FM environment.
- A successful track record of influencing stakeholders within and external to the organisation.
- Relevant trade, construction or related qualification or qualified by experience to an equivalent level.
- Ideally: IOSH managing Safely or NEBOSH, P405 , and Legionella Awareness.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- Full Driving License required
What you'll get in return
