Bid Manager #2 – Manchester and London

Required by international property & construction consultant to manage complex bids and to be responsible for the overall supervision and development of staff and best practice within the local Corporate Bid Hub.

As Bid Manager you will support the business by planning and managing the bid response process and delivering documents in line with the company`s brand. The focus of this role is to manage the response process and engage with all parts of the business to ensure a professional, compliant and compelling proposal is submitted. The role involves project managing the response and bid writing.

You will be expected to develop win strategies and bid plans and bring ideas and fresh thinking to the department.

You must have a minimum three years` experience in bidding in the construction & property sector.
