Your new company
Based in East London this public-sector organisation are involved in one of the biggest regeneration projects within the East London area with a target of building 1000 new homes over the next few years.
The East London area is currently going through a major redevelopment and regeneration process and this organisation in partnership with the private sector, are looking to become one of the leaders in delivering new homes which should help alleviate the housing shortage in London

Your new role
As the successful candidate/s it will be your responsibility to deliver the projects on time and on budget. The job will involve liaising with external and internal stakeholders, contractors and private sector development companies as well as other associated bodies.
You will review tenders, contracts, design briefs and also deal with the Town Planning departments to help manage planning applications that are linked with the projects.
The target is to build 1000 new homes over the next few years, so all the projects are new build housing with a large portion of affordable homes being built.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate your experience in dealing with multiple work streams, working with multi-million-pound budgets and delivering large scale housing development projects.
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however if you have the required "work" experience your application will still be considered.
It is essential that you have the relevant experience in delivering new build housing projects.
