Regional Building Surveyor - Clientside - Leeds

Use your building surveying powers for good with this leading charity. They're looking for a Building Surveyor to be based from their Leeds office, where you'll have budgetary responsibility of maintenance and Capex spending of over £3.5m for the year.

Joining an establish team, you'll be doing a mixture of building surveys and project work, pre-acquisition condition reports, and some dilapidations. Also planned and reactive maintenance, and project work including design work and tendering.

So quite a good mix!
