Job Details
A new Development Manager position with a residential developer has arisen due to growth in their pipeline. This is a chance for you to join a fast growing family owned business with a turnover of £330M working primarily in London and the South East.
You will need to have:
- 2-4 years land and/or development experience
- prepared appraisals for sites with planning and subject to planning
- dealt with legal due diligence using external legal consultants on acquisition negotiations, development agreements, S106 disposals
- managed the design, technical and legal process post-acquisition to prepare for start on site
