Your new role

As the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will be working on all aspects of Mechanical Building Service design, HVAC specific, within buildings. You will be leading the design of all Mechanical aspects from initial strategic concepts through to completion. You'll be required to work with clients to develop technical and commercial strategies to project completion on a wide variety of projects from healthcare, retail, education and office fit outs.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to hold a relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. You will have experience as a lead role in an integrated project design team with other construction professionals and the ability to develop effective client and fellow professional relationships. You should be software literate with a sound understanding of industry software packages. Autonomous approach: able to lead small to medium sized projects and able to take a brief from the project lead on large projects and deliver and control the tasks required.
