My client is a not-for-profit economic development company working on a 10-year investment programme in East Sussex, the objective is to bring investment and create 6,000 new jobs for the local community by developing major business parks, town centres and off-site infrastructure. This brilliant opportunity is open to an individual who has long term career ambitions to take part in a huge development programme.

Your new role

As the Management Surveyor you will be taking a large position managing 4 office blocks spread out in East Sussex.

Duties of the role include:

Negotiate and advise in lease negotiation
Management of cleaning & Security contractors
Implement a strategy that works around PPM's
Work with and liaise with tenants for any works, planned or reactive

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have a strong background in facilities management in a client facing role.

As you'll be representing my client, they want someone who can manage the services and upkeep of the facilities with minimal supervision.
