You will work for a Housing Association based in Nottinghamshire.

Your new role
You will work as a Building Surveyor, working with planned and reactive maintenance, as well as major and minor works projects on their stock. You will liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure the work runs smoothly and to the agreed timescales.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a Surveyor within housing, working with both planned and reactive maintenance. You will be confident in stock condition surveys and liaising with tenants.
