Site manager - New Build Social Housing. Ongoing freelance role in Nottinghamshire!

Your new company
Our client is a Nottinghamshire Housing Association
They have a self delivery team and are building their own houses in Nottinghamshire.
They are building housing with sub contractors and direct labour.

Your new role
You will be working as a site manager on new build Timber Frame houses.
You will be managing direct labour working for a local authority.

You will manage all programmes of work from instruction of order, through to planning all the resource and delivering the work and managing budgets and deadlines, reporting back to the director

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager within new build housing - on timber frame.
You will have experience and knowledge of working within new build housing
Essential - driving license and vehicle access, as well as SMSTS and CSCS.
