Your new employer is recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their Coventry office. They are a nationwide non-profit organisation managing and maintaining camp sites across the UK. Your new role

Your position as a Building Surveyor will be based in their Head office in Coventry which is a luxury building with free car parking. Your role will be to project manage and survey network site repairs, be that new built, refurbished or capital projects. Your work remit will be Midlands and South West, however some flexibility with work locations will be expected. You will have full ownership and autonomy with all projects you're involved with and your day to day tasks include:

• Design and build refurbishment and improvement schemes
• Project management - full life cycle
• Carry out building surveys
• Preparations of specifications
• Managing tender submissions
• Contract management
• Site inspections

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 2 years' experience in Building Surveying and Project Management - all sectors will be considered excluding retail. Stock Condition Surveyors will also be excluded. You will have an up to date knowledge of current building legislations, construction practices and materials and contract administration.

My client is offering a salary package of up to £41,000 including car allowance and basic salary as well as a fantastic holiday allowance which increases by 5 days in second year of employment.
