My client is a leading organisation in the Facilities Management sector. They specialise in providing service provisions across several sectors including Government, Healthcare, Automotive, Leisure and Retail. They are currently looking to recruit a Fabric Engineer for a high-profile site in Central London.

The role will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to building fabric in line with statutory requirements and best industry standards. You will respond to day to day reactive calls and PPM tasks issued, close jobs in a timely manner and keep the helpdesk and customers updated on the status of jobs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications as well as having experience of working in a maintenance capacity within high profile buildings, heritage/listed buildings experience would be advantageous. You will have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
