Senior Building Surveyor, Education Projects, Birmingham, Competitive Rate.

A multi-disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham who specialise in providing professional services which includes but not limited to; Education Clients and Health and Safety.
Your new role
You will be required to cover a wide range of tasks including but not limited to; Building Surveys, Defect surveys, Feasibility studies, Party wall procedures, Tender documentation, Contract administration. The focus will be within new build, Extensions, Refurbishment and additional building projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- A member of RICS
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
