The fastest growing house builder in North Wales is looking for Site Managers and Senior Site Managers/Project Managers to join their team, due to an influx of sites coming live over the coming months. Your new role
You will deliver on traditional build sites across the North Wales and Cheshire region, from site set up to completion, ensuring highest standards of quality, health & safety, and customer satisfaction are achieved on a daily basis. Site Managers are supported with correct investment and support from experienced Contracts Management teams in order to deliver to NHBC award winning sites across the region. This role will see you value engineering and troubleshooting, to ensure works are completed to programme and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
For Assistant Site Management applicants, some house building experience and SMSTS is essential. For experienced hires at Site Management and Senior Site Management level, traditional new build experience is essential and a proven NHBC track record is also ideal.
