Senior QS Required

I am recruiting on behalf of a major national house builder who are growing continuously year on year. They are currently starting a new project on a huge development of over 300 units. They now require a senior QS to join the team on a permanent basis to help lead and assist due to high work demand. Excellent benefits and packages and have a great retention level. Excellent salary on offer and looking for somebody to start immediately.


You will be the senior QS on the new project, ensuring you are in control of the costs. From early designs, costs, budgeting, materials, figures and meeting all legal requirements and regulations. You will need to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Prepare and negotiate costs for tenders and contractors. You must have a positive attitude and hit the ground running.


To be considered for the role you must have experience within the residential sector. Also, must have experience within costs, budgeting, materials, client liaison, procurement and ensuring everything is to deadline and within budget. You must have a quantity surveying qualification or an educational equivalent. You must have extensive knowledge within surveying.


You will be with a 5 star highly respectable company with an excellent reputation. You will get excellent salary between £70,000-£75,000 per year and great benefits and packages. You will be the senior QS on the major project ensuring you are a valued member of the team throughout.
