Our Client's, based in North London are currently looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their Adaptation Services Team on an ongoing contractual basis.
Their offices are based close to local train and bus, making this a very accessible location.

The Job Specification

This job will suit an experienced Surveyor who is competent in all adaptation works from within a Local Authority / Social Housing field.
An essential part of the job will include, specification writing, creating Auto Cad drawings, managing / monitoring contractor works.

Types of works include wet rooms / level access showers / grab rails, predominantly in residential properties
Auto-Cad knowledge and experience is an essential requirement for this immediate vacancy.


The Person Specification

As the successful candidate it is essential that you are experienced in using AutoCad.
The job will include dealing with wet rooms, level access showers and grab rails predominantly in residential properties.
If you have experience in dealing with any of these types of projects, it will enhance your application.
