Your new company
This organisation is a leading northern practice with established clients across the northern region. They provide a range of building surveying services to a range of private sector clients, and work with all project types from major new build or refurbishment, to historic buildings.

Your new role
You will join a team of surveyors and deliver with close client liaison, a range of surveying work. You will produce schedules of condition, measured surveys, structural surveys, dilapidation reports, contract administration and client management. You will operate at Chartered Surveyor or Associate level, and have excellent prospects for progression. You will also support members in the team as they work towards chartered status, but not as direct reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need MRICS status, and experience working in a building surveying capacity. You will have the ability to manage large work loads and alter priorities accordingly. Ideally you will be self motivated and keen to develop, with good attention to detail.
