Site Manager

Your new company
A long term opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a busy locally based contractor in Dundee. This role is to start immediately and will run for a minimum of 5 months. You will be paid weekly and with a competitive hourly rate.

Your new role
Your new role will involve managing a large scale refurbishment and extension of an existing building. You will be tasked with producing all relevant site paperwork, overseeing health and safety and managing direct labour.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you must have previous experience managing refurbishment projects from start to completion. You must also hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
