Hays are working in partnership with a local multidisciplinary construction consultancy to recruit for a Junior Project Manager. This practice operates across Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and CDM Co-ordination. Due to the expansion of their workload, a position for a Junior Project Manager has become available on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Junior Project Manager you will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with a range of clients, whilst leading progress meetings and ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards. You will assist in the delivery of project management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery whilst managing tender documents, appraisals and negotiations.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential Requirements: Degree in relevant discipline; 2-5 years industry experience; Excellent oral and written communication skills; MS Office Proficient; AutoCAD Proficient; A full driving licence. Desirable Requirements: Experience of NEC3 Project Management; Programming (MS Project or similar).
