Associate Planner - London

The Role

A leading London consultancy is appointing an Associate Planner in their London team to work on a range of developments across Islington, Camden, Tower Hamlets, Southwark and many more. Projects range from small-scale residential schemes to large-scale mixed-use strategic developments that will help deliver the vast amount of housing required in London. Clients include housing associations, residential developers and volume housebuilders who are looking at complex sites within zones 1-4 in London.

About You

As an Associate Planner, you will be supporting Directors with the preparation and submission of complex applications as well as being given your own projects to run. You will also be expected to attend client meetings and site visits where necessary.

Strong communication skills are vital in order to succeed in the role and you will be comfortable chairing meetings and speaking publicly. There will be management of junior colleagues, graduates and Planners, so leadership skills are important.
