You will be working with a very experienced Site Manager on a 13-month large-scale housing site in Warwick. We have worked with this client for a number of years, due to being a privately owned house builder they tend to offer the opportunity of long term work, from our experience they have taken on Labourers permanently on very competitive salary's and can offer you progression and training for people that show willing!

Your new role

As a Labourer you will have the opportunity to work on a 13-month project.
Your new role will include:

• Maintenance of sites
• Managing deliveries
• Welfare maintenance
• General site clearance

What you'll need to succeed


To be successful you will preferably have previous, proven experience as a Labourer, possessing a good work ethic and act on your own initiative. You must have good time management skills and be able to follow health and safety guidelines on site, in addition to carrying out general site duties.

Requirements:

• CSCS card
