Your new company

A Nottingham based Building Services Consultancy are looking for a Thermal Modeller / Sustainability Consultant to join their business. They have experience of a comprehensive range of different building types including; commercial offices, residential, education, healthcare and retail and are looking to grow our capacity through further recruitment.

Your new role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IES or TAS Modeller with experience working in a mechanical and electrical building services design environment. An advantage would be someone with industry links to the surrounding area. Registered Low Carbon Energy Assessor. (LCEA). Able to carry out EPC reports (EPC level 3, 4 and 5).

The appointed person will be disciplined and able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise schemes in order of importance and deadline, work quickly and effectively whilst maintaining high quality workmanship.
