M&E Revit Technician

M&E REVIT Technicians required across the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire areas.

Your new company
Hays Building Services, Leicester are seeking REVIT technicians to support for the growing demand from our clients across the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire areas.

We are working with several multi-disciplinary consultancies who are looking for experienced and skilled M&E REVIT technicians to join their teams, to help deliver the technical drawing and modelling for the projects they have recently won. They work in collaboration with their clients creating dynamic designs that are efficient, sustainable, high quality and above everything inspiring environments for their clients.

Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting the design team with producing BIM models and fully coordinated M&E drawings using REVIT MEP. You will responsibly for clash detection, coordinate the mechanical and electrical services, and assist in the development of the REVIT / BIM drawings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working with REVIT MEP software in either a M&E Contractor or M&E consultancy. You will be a confident user or REVIT MEP and will have used the software to produce fully coordinated drawings. A key trait our clients look for when hiring is a proven ability to meet deadlines, therefor it is important to be able to evidence previous examples of meeting deadlines.
