Fantastic job opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice in the heart of Brighton city centre. This long established architectural practice has multiple live projects across the South East, including the major redevelopment of a Historic Listed Building into 160 apartments. This close-knit team of senior architectural and construction professionals are seeking an architectural technician to join them during their busiest year to date.

Your new role

This is a multi-faceted role for an ambitious architectural technician seeking to fully immerse themselves into all aspects of the businesses day to day life. Every member of this team works together to brief clients, take part in design meetings and work with relevant consultants to coordinate all aspects of the design package.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need a high technical ability in BIM and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Autocad and Revit is essential. You'll be personable and enthusiastic about both the front end of the business and behind the scenes. You'll have excellent written English and professional phone manner.
