Clerk of Works (Building Fabric) required for 2 year contract in Argyll & Bute

Hays currently have a rare, long-term opportunity for an experienced Clerk of Works (Building Fabric) based in the heart of Argyll & Bute.

Your new role
As part of a multi-skilled team on site, you will be responsible for the supervision and quality inspections on a large-scale new build housing development through to final snagging and completion.

This contract is expected to run for approximately 2 years.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this post, you must have previous experience in a Clerk of Works, or similar, role. You will also have a sound knowledge of all health and safety procedures on new build housing developments and a strong eye for detail to spot potential defects.
