Construction Site Manager / Supervisor required for award winning business in Chester

Your new company
Working for a truly World Class organisation, you'll be joining a wholly specialist, and award winning business in supporting their Construction projects in Chester. They currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, passionate and talented Site Manager to join their team on a 3 month interim basis

Your new role
You'll be joining their Construction team in supporting and leading the delivery of a variety of exciting projects on site. Typical projects could be anything from a £200k refurb, to a £5m development, so you must have experience in working on diverse projects

You'll be managing programmes of works, production of RAMS for subcontractors, ensuring all site paperwork and documentation is completed, completing site inductions and managing all subcontractors on site

You'll also be managing key stakeholders and supporting key stakeholder liaison across the site, so strong leadership and communication skills are pivotal to this position

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have demonstrable experience of working in an autonomous Supervisory and Managerial position on site. You'll have experience of working from Groundworks, Build, right through to Finishing, Snagging, and Handover. You'll be articulate, organised and have solid Construction knowledge, with the ability to problem solve and 'think on your feet'!

You'll have SMSTS, CSCS and come from a trade background (ideally trade joiner). You'll also have experience of working within 'restrictive' environments, and be supportive of managing H&S risk within regulated environments on a live site

What you'll get in return
This role will be for a minimum period of 3 months, but it does have the potential to extend
