Valuation Surveyor Job, Sheffield. £20,000- £50,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)


Your new company

This organisation are a well-established national brand. They have a number of offices, and provide a range of property consultancy services. You will be joining the Valuation team, which has a number of vacancies at the moment due to growth and will look at Graduates to senior surveyors. The business conduct the full range of property lettings, sales, survey and valuation services.

Your new role

You will be based in the office in Sheffield, with the flexibility to work from home, You will carry out residential valuations conduct condition survey work, home buyer's reports, and valuations for other purposes such as probate etc.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be MRICS qualified, and a registered valuer with the RICS - either via your Chartered status, or with the Valuation module to level 3, Or be in the process of completing your APC with a view of becoming a registered valuer We are looking ideally for people who already have experience of residential survey work, but other surveying experience as a chartered surveyor would be transferable for this role.
