Job Details
Real Estate Developer with large Industrial Projects looking to hire Project Manager with design experience in tunnel ventilations.
You will be part of the Project Development team for the real estate developer for a large-scale development project with underground basements.
To be the right candidate, you need to be a Mechanical Engineer (Degree qualified) with 5 years experience in designing for building systems and mechanical ventilation for tunnels. Experience in Singapore is a key requirement and the selected candidates will be extremely familar with Singapore codes.
