Architectural Technician needed for Central London commercial interior design & build practice - AutoCAD


Your new company
The practice you'll be joining has a primary focus of technical implementation and innovation. You will be invited to join their friendly team of talented and creative individuals; whom take pride in the production and delivery of workplace design & office fit outs.

Your new role
You'll be working on multiple projects at once, in collaboration with the Senior Interior Designer. Some of your main duties will include, doing site surveys, attending design workshops & creating drawing packages. Further to this, you'll be producing design documentation for RIBA stages 3-5. The client is open to considering both contract and permanent candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 year UK industry experience working on similar types of project, and need to be fully proficient in AutoCAD. To succeed in the position, you'll need to be a problem solver and have the ability to work off your own back. An understanding of construction, and how things are built would also be vital. The studio are beginning to implement Revit, so an understanding of this software would be a bonus but not essential.
