Hays are working with one of Belfast's leading architectural practices as they look to appoint an Architect with social housing experience on a permanent basis. This multi awarding winning practice has been established for over 40 years and have also built up a diverse portfolio including hotel and leisure, residential, commercial and education work.

They have continued to grow and deliver exceptional buildings for their clients while offering their staff a collaborative and imaginative environment to work in. Based in Belfast city centre, the practice have recently been awarded a number of social housing schemes.

Your new role
The practice have recently won a number of exciting local schemes so there is the opportunity to run a range of interesting and challenging projects from concept stage through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a fully qualified Architect with some degree of social housing experience. It is expected that you will be competent in carrying out the full range of professional services and have working knowledge of NI building regulations. You'll be proficient in AutoCAD with a knowledge of ArchiCAD and/or Vectorworks an advantage not essential
