Architectural Revit Technician - Based in South East London - Salary Negotiable - Full Time - Permanent


Your new company

My client is a well-established multi- disciplinary Consultancy . With several offices throughout the UK and around 100 staff members, they are expanding and taking on new projects, particularly in the London and South East. Work are focused on Residential Projects, including Social Housing, Affordable Housing as well Private residential. They also take on occasional Educational, Commercial and mixed use projects. Due to the expanding workload and natural growth they are now looking for an experienced Revit Technician to enter the company on a full time, permanent basis in the SE London area.

Your new role

You will be Developing the Architectural Design, using Revit Software, working on the tender drawings on the company's upcoming projects. You will be working as part of a larger architecture team but one of the first on the Revit team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience working as an Architectural Revit Technician in the UK, and will have a degree In Architecture or Architectural Technology. Experience working on Social or Affordable Housing, or Educational Projects is an Advantage, although not essential. It is also preferable that you will be registered with CIAT, or working towards gaining this accreditation.
