This is a newly formed joint venture business between two investment heavy weights who currently own and occupier over 4,000 assets across the UK. This unique organisation is evolving and developing their estate which provide commercial, retail and industrial space for small to medium sized businesses. This newly formed company are looking for professional property management surveyors who are looking to progress their careers and become part of an exciting journey.

Your new role

Property Management Surveyor

The main purpose of the role will be to provide a front-line tenant facing service across an allocated commercial estate where the successful candidate with assist with driving value, minimising risk, modernising the estate while adopting an account manager relationship with tenants and FM counterparts.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist and deliver value added property management strategies with a core focus of improving customer service and tenant relationships
• Undertaking comprehensive and regular site visits, managing service charge budgets, tracking major lease events and assisting with re-letting vacant space.
• Managing empty / vacant property rates, prioritising compliance, H&S and minimising portfolio costs.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualifications - Preferable but not essential

A proven track record of delivering professional commercial property management services to a multi-sector estate. A strong customer service ethos, the ability to interact with tenant, spot asset management value added opportunities along with strong negotiation skills.
