With this continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Valuation / Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to join a busy and expanding Professional Consultancy team based in the Northamptonshire and being responsible to the Head of Professional Services.

The role is primarily focused on commercial property valuation and Landlord & Tenant work for a wide range of clients. Skills & Experience The role requires the candidate to be an RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in the following areas:-

• Valuation, for all purposes, of offices, retail, industrial property and commercial and residential development land.
• Advising and negotiating on rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Advising and negotiating on business rates assessments.
• Preparation and submission of expert witness reports to court, arbitration, independent expert and Valuation Tribunal.
• Provision of general professional advice.

Experience in valuing public houses, hotels and trading entities would be an advantage, but is not essential. The position is office based with administrative support and the surveyor will be required to manage client relationships, provide fee quote, manage their work to meet deadlines under their own initiative and work as part of a team. The work will require travel throughout the country, including London.

Package Training: All necessary training will be provided
