Project Manager - Developer - South Midlands

This is the chance to break into a developer early in your career, get some massive projects under your belt, and move up the ladder with a friendly and supportive team in the South Midlands.

Supporting the Development Manager early on in the process, you will need to understand the planning process, helping with the due diligence, technical feasibility and setting a budget for the infrastructure services.

Then working with external architects, consultants and planners, make sure the project gets out to tender on time and on cost. Then you'll either hand over to an external PM to deliver the build or run it yourself.

You could be from a consultancy background or a main contractor, but you'd need to knowledge and experience to challenge consultants and contractors alike through the process if needed.

Ideally you'll be versed in infrastructure projects (eg roads, bridges) or maybe industrial sheds, and have project management or building qualifications to your name as well, eg quantity surveying, construction project management etc.
