Development Monitoring Surveyor – London
£60000 - £65000 plus benefits
UK based development & built environment specialist is seeking to recruit an experience Monitoring Surveyor into their expanding London business.
With a degree in Quantity or Building Surveying you will have some specialist knowledge of Project Monitoring for lenders with a solid understanding of the development and funding process. Good technical knowledge and experience of construction projects is important.
MRICS with a minimum 3 years PQE you will be personable and confident with excellent report writing skills and the ability to manage multiple live jobs.
