Capital Project Manager - Exeter

Capital Project Manager required to join a diverse public sector estates team based in Exeter

Your new company
As a Capital Project Manager you will be joining a large and diverse public sector estate based in Exeter. Working in a healthcare environment you'll be responsible for a number of major construction projects ranging from refits and refurbishments, projects which have been identified to improve service and estate efficiency.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for planning and managing capital project work at various stages, from briefing through to completion. You'll be ensuring that projects are completed in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest possible standard of service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you'll need to have proven experience in project management, contract administration and engagement of consultants across various disciplines. As well as this, you'll need to demonstrate excellent ability around estates procurement, budgetary control and construction design management.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive an excellent wider package including an annual leave entitlement starting between 28-30 days, and a salary of up to £48,500 per year.
