Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor job in Norwich working on response and repairs contracts.

Your new company
You will be working for a large organisation that covers many disciplines based in Norfolk. Sectors include building maintenance, engineering and cleaning. They work with various public sector clients and are a prominent company in the area.

Your new role
You will be working within the repairs and responses department. Your responsibilities will include schedule of rates and billing. You will be working in a close knit team of a leading senior QS, 2 assistants, 1 trainee and 3 commercial administrators. This role is largely office based, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be competent in schedule of rates and billing. A commercial qualification is not necessary as long as you have experience.
