6 week job opportunity for a PQS in Liverpool working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm.

Your new company is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Liverpool.

Your new role
Your new role as Quantity Surveyor will require you to work as part of the project team of 4-5 projects concurrently. You will conduct pre and post contract duties on a mixture of commercial projects including student accommodation, hotel and retail refurbishments.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a suitable match for this role, you will have experience of similar projects ideally in a consultancy or client-side environment. You will be able to carry out the role of Employer's Agent and will have a client-facing manner with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction but also challenge and manage expectations.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a 6 week contract, with the possibility of extension or re-deployment to other projects.
